Grayson - Green Chile Cheddar

You could easily call this our ‘happy accident’. What began as a bit of a mad-
scientist type experiment, turned into one of the most unique and addicting
sausages you’ll ever experience. Green chilis have the ‘heat’, but it’s not
overpowering, more like a nice day at the beach without the sunburn. Put that
together with cheddar cheese and it’s the most flavorful 3-course meal you’ve
ever had! (Course #1- protein/pork; Course #2 – vegetables/peppers; Course #3 –
dairy/cheese)
